Help!!!

Hi! I am trying to figure out how my camera works, it's been a while and I can'tseem to figure out the problemo! I turned on my camera to record and al I see is BLACK!!!! Please suggest somethings I can do to figure out what the **** is going on!!!

Your Sony Camera CCD-TRV128 has problem in CCD Imager causing Black Picture in camera mode and CCD Imager needs to be replaced.
