Right now the standby 5vdc power supply for the processor on the main board is working (the standby power supply and the processor are running 24/7, even when the TV is OFF) but nothing else, and since you cannot even turn on the TV at the TV control panel it may mean that the main board is not functioning.
I would inspect the power supply module first though just to make sure it does not have any bad caps, burnt parts since bad DC can make the TV to have strange symptom.
