Hi, This is how to setup your speed dial: Press "Menu" to open
the menu on the display screen. Press the "Program"
key on the screen. A message will appear on the display telling you to press
the speed dial key to program. The speaker light will turn on. Press the key on the
display that will be programmed. Click "Next" if necessary to locate the key on
the display. Press the "AD" key on
the display. A message will ask the user to "Change Number Yes=1 No=2." Press
"1" to answer "Yes." A message will appear telling you to enter the number
to be programmed for the key. Enter the phone
number, then press the "#" key. A message will appear that the number has been
saved. A message will ask the user to "Change Label?" Press "1" to
answer "Yes." Type the label using
the display keys, then press the "#" key to save. A confirmation will appear
that the label has been saved and a confirmation tone will sound. Press "Menu" then
press "Program." Press "Exit" to close the speed dials setup. Regards
