Open the front door where you put the toner/drum unit in the machine. Press options then press 1.
Close the door.
Counter reset!
1. Press the Clear key to display drum status.
2. Press 1 on the telephone keypad.
3. When the display shows "ACCEPTED", close the front cover.

Open front cover
Remove drum unit and toner cartridge assembly
Put drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back in machine, but do no close front cover.
Press Clear/Back
You will get a message "Replace Drum?"
Select Yes to confirm
