I have a problem with Verbatim MediaShare Mini. I have connected a USB Drive. I cant delete files on it because I dont have permission to do. How can I change permission to delete files? Thanks.

MediaShare Mini - Verbatim 97329 - Home Network Storage -- AVOID THIS PRODUCT -- it is not a real solution to simple home networking [network drives] needs nor are there fixes to multiple problems and issues.. Must have #coded installation disk and connected to internet. Security issue - must allow 3d party access to your Home Network via internet. It is designed to work with Verbatim.COM web-site for additional monthly fees (not disclosed up-front/prior to purchase). Customer service is off-shore non-responsible, not knowledgeable, not "good communicators" -- emails requesting help are ignored. I have yet found any success stories in fixing the problems --- also I noticed it get very HOT on the bottom which concerns me for electrical product that is to be left on 24 hours a day....
