My bluetooth connection does not start when i tap to turn on bluetooth, message " Activating bluetooth" remains long and finally msg comes " Activating bluetooth failed". What should i do, please guide

Hi, when a blue tooth takes time to activate,it usually caused by VIRUS on the phone.
You will need to reset the phone or flash the phone to remove the VIRUS. Flashing the phone removes VIRUS from phone.
