Hi. i cannot open my LG KF300 phone. i was just surfing the net using my phone when it suddenly turned off. when i tried to turn it on, i just cant. i asked a technician about it and he said there was a virus. and he wants me to pay him 1000php to reprogram my phone. can i just reprogram it myself??:(((
