The software will not load

Question

The software will not load audio books onto my tag junior.  It keeps saying that I need to connect the tag junior to the computer and make sure it is turned on.  It is turned on and the software will not recognize it.

I have this problem on my Tag Junior when I plug it into my USB hub but if I plug it directly into the computer, it works fine. My Tag will work through the hub but the Jr. never will. Hope it helps

Mmmm, do you have more than one system. Only other option is to try uninstalling then re installing the software, leapfrog may of updated it!
