IF THIS PROCEDURE DOES NOT WORK AND CODE COMES BACK DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET THIS CODE IT DEALS WITH THE FUSER THE HOT PART IT CAN CATCH FIRE AND THAT WOULD RUIN A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY.
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check machine operates properly.

Fusing unit issue! Have to reset with PWR off the machine using both the main pwr inside front cover and sub pwr on the side of the op panel then turn on the machine holding down the Utiliy/counter button. unit the Trouble reset show on the screen then press trouble reset until says OK the Power off the machine with Main power switch inside the front cover, Wait ten seconds before doing that. If it comes back do not re do its broke and telling you so get a certified tech to look at it.

I need the wiring diagram for power,reset,lights

there is no need for the wiring diagram
if you check *********** board properly
you could find written in small font like
PWR SW for power switch
RST SW for rese switch
HDD LED , PWR LED etc

Front panel to motherboard, ASRock P4i65G, connections

the power switch is on the 3 and 4 pins....the 7 and 8 pin are the reset pins. Trying it on wrong pins just won't startup the board but won't short circuit anything.
