you did not provided what operating system you use, therefore these drivers maybe useless, if that is the case, plese try use generic drivers emulating any of the following:

epson lq-2550
hp ruggedwriter 480
hp pcl3
ricoh series 5000
ricoh series 8524
ricoh series 8600

indeed, all these are interchangeable. hope this do solve your problem.

Could not finda dataproducts 8524 printer driver. :(
once upon a time this was basic dot-matrix printer. legacy from that still exist, exact specs for that printer is here:
