blank screen

Question

Screen goes blank just after Windows XP is ready to open, just before the opening theme music. Screen reads "recommand mode" after the blank and then goes blank again. In safe mode, it is working but I cannot find anything in Windows to fix it. Screen also works fine for my laptop.

try to reinstall the drivers of your video card while you are in safe mode.
