More than likely, the water drain tubing inside the unit is clogged& the water is not going into the bucket as it should. To solve this, do the following.
1. Turn the Master ON/OFF to OFF & Unplug the unit.
2. Remove the bucket and look up inside the bucket holder. You will see a tube or a hole that drains
the water into the bucket.
3. Using an 18" long plastic Zip Tie or something similar (NO wire coat hangers though) that is
appropriately sized to fit into the hole or tubing. Carefully insert the Zip Tie, until you reach a
bend in the tubing. You will need to gingerly work it past this bend, until the Zip Tie either
bottoms out or you run out of usable Zip Tie. While rotating (twisting) the Zip Tie, slowly remove it.
As you reach the inserted end of the Zip Tie, be prepared for some water to follow.
