How do i connect my tv aerial to the panasonic tx-32lxd1? Do I need a dvd player to connect the aerial to. If so, it appears like I have to use a dvd palyer with freeview (the cheaper dvd players do not have an aerial socket). Can't I just put the aerial into the tv?

No, you plug it in directly in the antenna socket at the rear of the tv.

You just need a special connector if you have the australian model, like in the picture above. Otherwise it just plugs in as explained in the user manual. If you need the manual
