SOURCE: having problems playing music frommy sandisk 4gb micro memory card on my motorola ve240 cell phone
I have a similar problem, the issue for me was windows media player was creating a folder called music on my sd card and uploading the music there during sync function. However, the phone only looks in the \my_music folder on the SD card. Sync your phone, then rename the newly created music folder to my_music and the player will work. Still looking for a permanent solution to this problem.
SOURCE: I just bought a Sandisk 2 GB card for my phone and
you have to create a folder on it called "my music" first.

Hello,
the ringer of your phone needs to be replaced. But for the main time, you can use hands-free (headset).
Get set of phone screw drivers, turn off the phone and disassemble it. Then remove the ringer. Go to any phone parts store in your area and use the defective ringer as a sample to get the exact replacement.
Before you insert the new ringer, clean the spot where the ringer connects to because sometimes dust may not allow it to contact.
Assemble your phone back and you are done.
I hope you understand the above.
Good luck.

take it to an independant cell phone shop, if you take it to a franchise store like vodafone for example they have strict regulations about codes and reseting devices, the smaller stores are more helpful
