Flashing power light on Router is sign of hardware failure
As mentioned, you have already reset the router
You can try to hard reset the router one more time
Follow this procedure
1. Press the reset button with some paper clip
2. Wait for 10 Secs
3. Turn of Power to the router (While Reset button is still pressed)
4. Wait for 10 secs
5. Power on router
6. Wait for 10 secs and then release the Reset button
While doing this make sure reset button is pressed continuously start from Step 1 - 6
Check if Power light still blinks
If No - you can setup router like before and it will work
If yes - Buy a new router or get it replaced if under warranty
