each lock code is individual per phone. Get your IMEI by typing in *#06# or looking underneath the battery then take it to a phone shop nd they will give you the lock code free. 1-select offline mode
2-check the data cable
3-format your memory card(because there might be virous)

General system error means it's software is corrupted, just reprogram it. It cannot detect by pc because it have no identity at, just reprogram it and it will work fine, maybe it's infected with the virus while you're synchronizing with your pc.
