There are two allen head type screws one under the freezer door hindge side one under fridge side hinge insert a large allen wrench long handle type and turn clock wise to adjust the back wheels be carefule if you turn counter clockwise the long screw will come out of the adjustment nut in the wheel bracket. then have some one tilt the fridge back and next to the allen wrench you will see a white disk that is the adjustment eor the eront of the unit turn it clockwise it will spin down as you turn it.

Hello, as to the condensation forming on the bottom sill of the refrigerator check your door seal for any rips tears or cuts on the lower part of the door. If you do not have any tears or cuts in the door seal the take some vaseline or petroleum jelly and lightly apply this around the entire seal make sure there are no globs of petroleum jelly also use this also in the crease of the seal as well. After you apply the petroleum jelly leave the door shut for 2 hours this causes the seal to reform and creates excellent adherence for the seal to the cabinet. p.s if they have checked the seal how is the evaporator drain in the unit? If the drain is blocked even slightly this would cause more moisture in this area as well I recently had a unit were the drain was blocked and dumping a small drip down the backside of the refrigerator would happen spiraticly when the evaporator drain filled up the drain ended up being slightly blocked.
