The unit comes on works fine for about 20 minutes then shuts off automatically. Its never done this up until recently. thanks

Chavez - It may simply be a case of what humidity extraction level you have the unit set on. Once the unit extracts the humidity/moisture for the level it's set on, it shuts OFF. When the level rises again, it turns ON. Try lowering the level to 32-35%. I suspect it will run longer at that setting. However, it the humidity level in your house is not high, the unit is operating as it should.
