The ceramic insert on my Ultrex 08393 is cracked. The webpage leads me to FixYa which sends me to a Portland appliance dealer and repair place, Standard TV and Appliances, which only repairs major appliances, not countertop ones. They referred me to Gourmet Depot in San Francisco, but Gourmet Depot does not carry this brand. Are there any ceramic liners available for this model? Where?
