I am having a problem with my Samsung HLS6767W Dlp TV. it has a new bulb in it, had a bad capacitor on my ballast so i changed it. now the tv will power up normally and stay on for 15 seconds then the picture will go and just have sound then the whole tv shuts off and 3 blinking lights on front.
