The spark works by using a ground wire or the ignitor touching the grill cabnet. You might net to cleam the ignitor and also check the wire to the ignitor. The screw that holds the ground may be loose.
First, Bud make sure the battery was installed facing the proper direction. The Positive end (+) should be facing out when installed. If that's not the problem, check the wiring from the ignition module to the each burner ignitor. One may be loose or the grounding wire from the ignitor module to the grill's frame, may have lost contact. Also, look carefully at each ignitor tip at the burners. They may have an accumulation of grease, which needs to cleaned off.
