Drive was working fine. I deleted the partition and then connected the drive again and it is not recegnized by the PC. The message scanning keeps showing in the drive and it does not work.

open start menu ------- control panel ---- Administrative Tools ----- Computer Management -- storage ---
disk management ---- the you fix things up but dont forget to format after create a new partition
