i want to change my bios completely. becoz it is very old. would you like to tell me how can i change it. and if any software is needed for doing this kind of job. than tell me how can i find that software which can change my bios easily.

To completely change out the BIOS chip itself from the motherboard and replace it would cost you the same as just buying a new motherboard. it would be cheaper and easier to just take everything out and install a new motherboard.
if what you want to do is flash the BIOS (basically updating the firmware inscribed into the chip), all you need to do is download and install the flash program from the mobo manufacturers website and download the newest BIOS instructions.
