Hi, Take the razor apart .First remove the foils, then the blades. Pull them up after unbolting 6 screws. There are two screws to remove where the head rotates. Then after removing the head, there are two more screws under the head. You will find two more screws on the bottom under the plastic caps beside the charging terminal. Now slide the razors hardware efficiently and carefully out of the case by pulling up from the head mounting arms while holding the case as you normally do while shaving. After the circuit board is exposed, gently clean it with small amount of alcohol and q-tips, make sure nothing gets stuck on the components of the board like cotton or cotton threads .You can also examine if the motor is not burnt out and the batteries are charged up by placing a flathead screwdriver between the positive terminal of the battery and the motor. It should come on if the motor and batteries are good. Now reverse the procedure carefully to reassemble the razor. After tht press the reset button of the razor at the bottom-front, and check if it comes on using the on/off button. Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

I did this and crossed the terminal and it was fine. But the button wont start it. seams like the button is bad. Any help?

Open the razor apart, you will find the circuit board, cleanit with small amount of alcohol and q-tips and make sure that that the motor isnot burnt out. Now press the reset button then see if it comes onusing the on/off button.

How do I open the razor?
The solution was very helpful. I did have to go the the hardware store to purchase special screwdrivers to open the razor. Also, I did have to plug in the razor after cleaning if before it would turn on.
