Hello, I have a problem with my computer, I think all started with a virus when downloading a program to diagnose the pc or a driver for the modem, try removing the virus with several antivirus with no success, try to format the hard drive with the windows xp cd but could not format it, I tried to start with a Windows XP CD and format and reinstall windows but I could not fo that. After all that has happened, I got the message: 1962: No operating system found. Press F1 to repeat boot sequence. I press F1 but sends the same message. I can not start with the CD from the menu that I get to F12, cd-rom can not read cd, help please, these are the data from my PC. I have unplugged the HD and CD-ROM DRIVE and plug it again and works now, windows start normally and in secure mode as well, but my suspect is that it is infected with some virus, cd-rom doesn't work, it can't read any cd, I have a USB U3 Memory, what I want is format HD and install windows again, How can boot using my usb and format hd ?, thanks.
