Hello, The following error pops up when I type atmdiag command: ioctl ATM_GETNAMES: No such device I have tried the following drivers rpm and they all yield the same probem above: + linux-atm-2.5.0-0.20050118.2.i386.rpm + linux-atm-2.5.0-1.fc7.i386.rpm + linux-atm-2.5.0-4.20070823cvs.i386.rpm + linux-atm-2.5.0-5.i386.rpm My system is running linux RHEL5.4 with updated kernel 2.6.30.9. We are using Marconi HE622 card. Thanks in advance for your help Andy Ngo

ATM means Asynchronous Transfer Mode. it's a protocol used to transfer data. it could be that when you are running the setp cd, ATM mode is selected. and if the connection provided by your ISP is not on ATM mode, it'll provide the message that it can't find it. you can check the type of conenction you need to use from your ISP or you can provide me who is your ISP and the model of your modem so i can check it out for you.

ok i hit the rest button on the back of the machine and it erased all my memory off of it so i had to reprogram it .If u put 1234 in as a pin # it will open then press balance and hit enter and u can change your pin # there .
