How do I cancel the printer memory queue? - Brother Office Equipment & Supplies

Bit of a long one this but try to stick with me.

firstly you need to goto the control panel, in administrative tools and open the services window.

In here scroll down until you find print spooler. Double click this entry and click on stop.

Now the print spooler service is stopped we can clear the queue.

open up "My Computer" and goto your boot drive (usually C drive)

navigate through this drive open the windows folder, open system32 folder, open spool folder, and lastly open printers folder. This is where your pending print jobs are held. Select all files and delete. Once you have done this you can close all of the folders but remember to go back to the services windows and restart the print spooler service.

You should now have a nice clear print queue
