Hi B200 error code means that the issue is with high
temperature of the print head due to voltage issue. Its like the temperature sensor
will detect high temperature of the print head and will flash this error code.
You can leave it unplugged for 30 minutes and if the error returns then the
print head should be replaced or the unit should be serviced. If it requires
service then I believe that will not be a better option as it will cost you
same as a new unit. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance. Daniel
Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. Error Code B200 or Power light (or Alarm and Power lights) alternate(s) between orange and green. According to Canon Website this error indicates that Pro9000 may require repair.
Unfortunately, the issue you describe seems to indicate that your product requires repair service.
That's the accurate info that you can get. Its a hardware problem of the printer thats why you need to send it to repair. unless you know how to repair a printer. Thanks
And the answer comes directly to the Canon Website that if you have a blinking power light from green to amber you need to send it to repair because it is faulty and nothing can do more about it.
Canon say it is duplex print problem

I was hoping for more information other than "Contact your service provider."
I realize that. But I got that info from Canon myself. If I can find that information on my own, then why did I pay for this service?
It gave me more thorough information on the problem. Obviously, I wish that if the error were "fatal" requiring servicing, that was available on your website somewhere, but I am very thankful for having somewhere to go for assistance!
