Originally, my laptop should have 320 GB rougly of space, so i have only used 20 GB so how do i use my other 300? i've researched on the internet and i see people talking about merging the two drives? please help, thank you!

Thank you! But i don't really want to download any programs as i have low space as it is, and more programs won't really help me, could you suggest any other method of solving my problem without downloading anything? Thank you so much for the solution anyways, don't worry if it is not possible :)

Thanks, i will try that :) I'm still don't really want to download any programs, i don't want to jeopardise my computer settings if you know what i mean. I might end up asking a proper computer technition eventually, but i thought i might be able to do something on my own. Would you say that partition magic 8 is easy to understand for someone who isn't amazing at programs? :)

partition magic will not change any of your computer settings you will have to make changes your self and click apply and it will always ask before making any changes and they can be undone once you have installed it here is another way of checking both partitions
click start click on my computer you will see your hard drive usually C: right click on it select properties you will see both partitions on your hard drive if you select one without any data in it you might be able to delete it or merge with the other partition by right clicking and see what options are available hope this helps
