Sharp AR-168D Copier Logo
Anonymous Posted on Apr 20, 2011

I have a Sharp ar168d. The unit has had the triangle shaped warning light blinking. I talked to a service man and he said as long as it is still working don't worry about it. Now is has stopped. Tryed to print an address on a envelope, looked like it tried to print over itself. tried a second time, same thing, but it made a grinding sort of noise and got a L1 00 code. Wanted to see inside the unit to see if I could see source of noise so pulled all the covers, toner cartridge, then I took out the Fusing section to see into the machine better. Plugged unit in and clicked on button, got H2 00 code so reinstalled Fusing section. Restarted unit, still got H2 00 code. What do i do next? Tried to enter the code to get into the serviceman, but the unit just beeps when I press the buttons. Help!!! Dave

I had reinstalled the Fusing section. But now, how do I get the keys to do anything but beep? I don't see anything on the page for clearing the H2 00. Thanks Dave
