My e wave microwave appears to be in fine working order until the door is opened. It then trips the breaker and ceases working. Ater the house breaker is reset, the power is restored to the microwave until the door is opened again.. I havve tried plugging the microwave into another area that is on a different power breaker but again the breaker trips and the microwave ends all functions. Have you any solutions to my problem? You may have a short circuit on the INTERIOR LIGHT BULB circuit in your microwave.

This might explain why the breaker trips every time you open the door.

If so, you would have to unplug and disassemble the unit in order to access the wires and light bulb socket inside the case in order to troubleshoot and repair the problem.

If you are unfamiliar with safe electrical troubleshooting and repair procedures, please be extremely careful or consider hiring an electrician to do the work. There are some hazardous components inside which remain dangerous even after the unit is unplugged.

Good luck.
