We recently moved our copier and needed to unplug it to do so. It sat unplugged for a couple of days and hasn't worked since.
When turning on the copier, the screen shows "Please wait..." and then gives an error screen that reads:

This screen shows for a few seconds, then the copier tries to start again by going to the "Please wait..." screen and then back to the error screen.
Any advice?
I have a feeling that this has something to do with software on the hard drive. Either the software needs to be restored on it or it could have crashed. A Konica/Minolta dealer in your area should be contacted to send a technician out to look at the situation.
