You can hard reset the modem.... if you know how to setup the modem setting again..
if will be nice if you contact to the service provider ....
To hard reset the modem there will be a button in the back side mostly along with the power cord/panel .. it will be like that .... you need to press this with help of some pen tip or anything for 25 second and more .... then you can change the configuration of modem through default password.
