when i try to install

when i try to install the files in 

=control panel
=regional and languages
=install files for complex script right to left languages
=apply 

it's asking me for the i386 files from the installation cd but i dont have the cd so is there anyway to do it without the cd

It's just possible that if it offers you the chance to browse elsewhere, and if you go to C:\Windows\Service Pack Files\i386\lang, it might just find what it's looking for.

If not, any borrowed CD would do - it won't harm it or the owners' system - you just want to borrow some copies of files.

You may not find C:\Windows\Service Pack Files on your PC - its there, but "hidden."
