Try pulling the battery out and that will allow it to hard reset. you can also try alt, shift, del holding those keys at the same time is just like a computer reset when you have an issue. or as a last resort you can go to settings/general/security/ press the bb key and do a master reset on the phone, which will erase all device content BUT it will restore your phone to default factory settings from original date you pulled it outta the box.
