HI, unfortunately i am almost positive the T.V. was sourced from asia( manufactured ) and especially if it was sold thru a chain retailer such as Target, WalMart,Kroger/Fred meyers then they do not provide universal remote control codes-I know this first han as I have a Digital Labs portable dtv that is sourced by Starlight consumer electronics-they are now out of business ( probably just reorganized to your brand). So therefore you need a new remote from the company. It is possible to repair a remote though, if you have it i can walk you through almost any problem! hope this helps. Prodzilla
