I have the simplicity for children drop side crib, model number 8910. I need a repair kit to fix the side from dropping. I have used "L brackets", but this home remedy isn't good enough to pass for a safe crib for my foster children. Please help me find these kits, I have 3 cribs and cannot replace them all. Thank you.

This crib is on recall. Take it back to Walmart for a full refund of the original retail price, no receipt required. Take a printout of the link below. No problem!

ALL Simplicity cribs and Bassinets have been recalled. NONE ARE SAFE. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. But the good news is that if you take them to Walmart or whatever retailer sold them, the will give you a refund. Either an instore gift card or cash! Take the printout and insist they comply with the government mandated action. Dont take no for an answer and if they refuse report them to the CPSC or your Attorneys General of the state you live in.
