Hello There, are there any wireless computers that detects your router? If there is, most of the laptop computers has a built-in on/off (toggle) switch on the side to enable or disable the wireless card on your computer. Make sure it is "ON" then check if it will detect the wireless connection.

If it is a desktop, try to reboot the computer then check again. If none of the computers can detect your router, make sure that the wireless light on the router is lit up. You may also try changing the channel on the router.
