While trying to convert a VHS to a DVD, both are placed into the converter and I press the button indicating the process to begin conversion from the VHS tape to the DVD, but when I press the "Video" button nothing happens. I have turned the machine on then off, and taken the DVD and VHS out and placed them back in.
