You have to upgrade your VGA card most probably but anyway you can try the following:
Install the latest VGA drivers from Intel website which can improve performance
Install DX 9.0c to remove some glitches/bugs
The amount of graphic processing is below par for your built-in graphic card when it is unable to draw objects in real time at FPS rate of 30 or above.

use 3d Analyzer and select the exe file you want and click in thoes 
and the game will run normal and the ground will visible
