I keep getting the message that videowave won't open whenever I try to burn a DVD. Roxio support is a joke. I've been trying to get this fixed for two months with no joy!

This problem has been associated with Internet Explorer 9. You may need to roll back your web browser
To roll back IE8 you need to:

1. From Control Panel run "Programs and Features" in Windows 7 or "Add Remove Programs" in older versions
2. Click on "View Installed Updates" in the upper left part of the window
3. Find IE9 in the list and uninstall.

You will have to patch IE8 after rolling back
There are also free alternatives to Roxio that may help you out for the time being
