Unplug it. Just open the back up carefully. Don't touch those cute little capacitors, diodes, etc., because they can hold a charge. Look for a glass fuse. Use a fuse puller or grab it with your fingers. Look to see if that little thin wire inside is broken.
If yes, then go to Radio Shack or auto parts store and have them match it by size and amps. Reinstall and plug the DH in to see if that was the problem.
If it blows again, you have other elect problems.
I read some of the other solutions and found the blown fuse, but I am having a hard time finding the 125v-12amp fuse.

I have a one year old Haier HDN655 and it will not turn on and we tried to plug it into sockets.
My unit has been working perfectly. I had just moved it and turned it on, then decided to switch from High speed to Low. Right after I pressed Low it turned off and will not come on again no matter what. Is this probably a fuse??
When you plug the machine into the supply, do any lights come on?
If no, check the fuse and try the plug in a different socket.
If yes, make sure the bucket is empty and any dials and buttons are set correctly.
And then come back and tell me what you found and I will try to help you further. Cheers, D.
