I don't think that's possible. the front wheel usually doesn't have a lot of pressure on it, so its a little bit in the air some times, and that's what makes the wheel wobbling.
try to put something heavy in the front of the stroller, that could smooth it out a little
Hi, Although it likely won't solve the wheel problem, I did want to let you know that several Phil & Ted E3 strollers, like the one pictured above, have been recalled due to a laceration hazard.
