I need a driver for my Nuendo 96/52 PCI Card. I need it to work with Windows 7 64 bit.

My friend, is this device on the 'approved list'? Before you go looking for a driver, please see if this device is supported under the Windows 7 (64) operating system. Check here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/default.aspx If it is listed, there will be specifics on what to do to make it work. If it is not listed and if it is not a brand new device, you will likely not be able to use the device on your computer.

You can look at the Steinberg web site, like I did, you will find the 96 series card went out of production in 2004. I'm not going to say there is no driver, what I will say is it is very unlikely you will find a driver for this classic device.

In the future, I suggest anytime you consider upgrading a computer operating system that you first run the test Microsoft always provides, to determine software and hardware compatibility with the operating system you are considering.

the Nuend 96/52 is the rebranding of Hammerfall DIGI 9652, so you can find its driver here: http://www.rme-audio.de/en_downloads.php?page=content/downloads/en_downloads_driver&subpage=content/downloads/en_downloads_driver_hammerfall. Unfortunatly, your card is still not officially supported by Windows 7 or any other 64 bit OS. Still you can try the XP driver and check if they work.
