Hi there,
I believe this relates to a problem with you pc and nothing to do with Yahoo mail. The root of the problem is your computers registry and this can be caused by several different things the most common are viruses.
I recommend:
You run a virus scan and clear out your PC. If you don't have any anti-virus software then the best anti-virus (which happens to be free) is Microsoft Security Essentials: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ this is free as long as your copy of Windows is legal. If it is not then I recommend AVG free edition: http://free.avg.com/gb-en/homepage . Download, install, run a virus scan, clear any threats.
Next you need to get yourself a piece of software to clear up your damaged registry (even if no viruses were found). I highly recommend CCleaner: http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/ . It's free and very simple to use, simply download, install, analyse your registry and click the ok button.
Once this has completed, run it again until no more registry errors are found.
Restart your PC, and try Yahoo mail again.
