I would suggest contacting the support team at sfi directly and ask them to close your account. If they fail to do so then the next step would be to contact them directly best in writing to request closure of the account, as long as there are no out standing fees outstanding on the account and you are within your rights to cancel (i,e, there terms and conditions do not say otherwise) then they should have nay reason to keep the account open.
