The parameter is incorrect

Symptoms:
- Synching with Outlook.
- Error message: 'The parameter is incorrect'.

Explanation:
Generally, this error message indicates that the configuration process has been cancelled at some point. Typically, this happens due to cancelling the setup process on the Outlook Folders tab. If you are on Exchange folder, this tab can take several minutes to populate.

Fix:
In order to correct the problem you are experiencing, you will need to delete or rename the .ini file and then reconfigure CompanionLink/DoubleLook. This file is typically found in one of two locations:

For CompanionLink:
c:\Program Files\CompanionLink\
c:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\CompanionLink\CompanionLink

For DoubleLook:
c:\Program Files\DoubleLook\
c:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\CompanionLink\DoubleLook

Please note that Application Data is a hidden folder and that the .ini file extension is hidden by default. Please see http://www.companionlink.com/support/howto/ht0017.html for an explanation of how to display all files.

Hope this helps
