This is a broadcast message that can not commonly be opened under the broadcast message. It changes one of the option keys by giving it a word/and or letters part of the broadcast message, simply select that key and the message will automaticaly be displayed.
Its a broadcasting message u check that under message menu, settings broadcast messages
