Printer Problem We have a printing error which comes up as printing in queue please wait and there is no printing in the queue

Unless there is an issue with the cable connecting the printer, this is almost always software/driver related. A restart will usually fix it but if not, then try reinstalling the drivers completely. Also, after restart...test with a different document then whatever you last tried to print, do a test page or text from notepad.exe.

It can be the particular document as well and you don't want to waste a lot of time testing your printer if it is just a document issue.
