First you must put the blue tooth device in pairing mode,most blue tooth device manufactures use the power button for this ,by holding the power button down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning the device on it usually puts it into discovery mode,a solid light might stay on ,then you have to enter a pairing or pin code.Now most manufactures of blue tooth devices use a 4 digit factory pin pairing code they are asw follows 0000,.1234,9999,or 1111 i hope this helps
